1. Introduction

This machine is used for milling the end face of H-beam, box-beam and cylinder. The milling head is 0°--45° adjustable so as to mill the required bevels of end face of beams.

The standard models of our end face milling machines have the following features:

  Robust all steel fabrication with stable structure and good rigidity, and no deformation after long time using;

  The bed is welding structure, annealed after welding.

  Facer is TX32A type, of reasonable structure, reliable performance, extensive speed range, good rigidity, low noise, high efficiency and convenient operation.

  Slide table is forged into shape, composing into sliding-couple with bed;

  Standard facer available in any local market;

  With work-piece hydraulic clamping and positioning rack;

  All motion parts have lubrication system;
